Which of your AI does the AI Act regulate, and what do you owe?

In three weeks you know which of your AI features are prohibited, high-risk, subject to transparency duties or minimal risk, what you must do about each one, and by when.

What you get

Inventory

Every AI feature in your products and every AI tool you use, described in product terms: what it does, what it receives and produces, which model it runs on.

Classification

Each feature classified (prohibited, high-risk under Annex III or Annex I, transparency duties under Art. 50, minimal risk), with its reasoning, legal basis and confidence.

Your role

Provider, deployer or both, feature by feature: it decides which obligations are yours.

Obligations and deadlines

The obligations that follow from each classification, with the date each one applies.

Gap report

Where you stand against each obligation, and what to do first.

Your register

All of it in your AI register, with access for your team, and exports to Excel, JSON and PDF.

How it works

  1. 01

    Kick-off call (1 hour)

Your products, your customers, and which documents to send.

  2. 02

    Your documentation

Prompts, product descriptions, supplier contracts, policies. Optionally, your team runs our review prompt in your own repositories: it asks for a written description of each AI feature, not code, and you read it before sharing.

  3. 03

    Analysis (2 weeks)

Each feature is classified and its obligations and deadlines derived, in your register.

  4. 04

    Report and register access

A draft report, and access to your register for your team.

  5. 05

    Review call

We go through the findings and your answers, and settle the open classifications.
